- Participate in the promotion of Batam city development which was held by Satuan Pelaksana Otorita Batam at Jakarta (1990)
- Participate in Development Exhibition (1991 - 1996)
- Participate in Development Exhibition in the framework of development cooperation and investment of Batam Island which was attended by the president of Indonesia, Soeharto, Research & Technology Minister and Singapore's Prime Minister, Mr. Goh Chok Tong (1992)
- Participate in Investment Seminar of Batam island at Taipei with BKPM (Badan Kerja Sama Penanaman Modal) minister (1994).
